MORGANTOWN — The Mannington District Fair continues Aug. 10-11 at the fairgrounds in Mannington with a variety of bands, circus performances, food vendors and livestock shows.
On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, the demolition derby’s crashes and crunches could be heard across the fairgrounds.
Aug. 10, the AC/DC Tribute Band Thunderstruck will perform at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. The Rhinestone Cowgirls perform at 8 and 10 p.m. Aug. 10 and 12:30, 7:30 and 9:30 Augl 11. Also Aug. 11, Gospel Harmony Boys and Josh Oldaker will perform at 7 and 9 p.m.
There will be lawn mower races and go cart racing at 6 p.m. Aug. 11.
Gates open at 2 p.m. Aug. 10 and 10 a.m. Aug. 11.
Gate admission is $6.
