Charles D. “Chuck” Shoffler, 58, of Morgantown, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at JW Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Chuck was born in Bloomsburg, Pa., on December 15, 1959, the son of Edith Mae (Yohey) Shoffler and the late Robert C. Shoffler.
In 1980 Chuck moved to California, where he was the parts and service manager at Auburn Subaru, in which he later owned Auburn Imports Service Center. He returned to Morgantown in 2002 and opened Urban Eats. He later worked at Waterfront Jeep as their service manager.
Chuck is survived by his mother, Edith Mae (Yohey) Shoffler; sisters, Amanda Bolyard Shoffler, Carol Brand and husband Ron; brothers, Curt Shoffler Yohey and wife Kristy, Rob Shoffler; nine neices and nephews, six great neices and newphews.
In addition to his father, Robert C. Shoffler, Chuck was preceded by paternal and maternal grandparents, several aunts and uncles.
Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home from 1 – 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 4, with the service to follow with Pastor Scott Wetzel officiating.
