Phyllis I. Orinick, age 78, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018, at Mapleshire Nursing & Rehab Center. Phyllis was born in Morgantown on September, 18, 1939, a daughter of the late Joseph and Carrie Dezzutti.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to the Activity Fund at Mapleshire Nursing Home 30 Mon General Drive Morgantown, WV 26505.
Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home from 3 – 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 21,with the memorial service to follow with Pastor Brad Bennett officiating.
