Good Neighbor Days set for Thursday-Saturday in Bruceton

BRUCETON MILLS — The annual Good Neighbor Days celebration will be Thursday through Saturday this week.
The celebration, sponsored by the Bruceton-Brandonville Volunteer Fire Department, includes a midway by Thomas Family Amusements, games, crafts, live music, a parade, car show and fireworks.
The schedule for Good Neighbor Days, held at the fire hall in Bruceton Mills:
Thursday
7 p.m. — Queen’s coronation
10 p.m. — Drawing for $3,000
Friday
7 p.m. — Community and firefighters parade
Bingo
Saturday
8 a.m. — Registration begins for the car show. Registration fee is $10 per car, and admission to look at the cars is $1 per person. The show is open to all types of cars. Prizes will be given. The show will continue through about 2 p.m.
11 a.m. — Barbecue chicken goes on sale
7-10 p.m. — Music by Shawn Golden and Natulie Rugg
10 p.m. — Fireworks
11 p.m. — Raffle drawing
