Robert Preston “Bob” Seaman, 74, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday morning, July 11, 2018, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 19, 1943, in Monongalia County, a son of the late Freda Mae Goodwin Fisher Seaman, who preceded him in death on May 24, 2018, and Charles S. Seaman, who survives him in Morgantown.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his son, Freddie Simmons and his wife Chris; his daughters, Sherry Pavelko and her husband Rod, and Sandra Renner and her husband Rob; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his special companion and best friend, Nancy L. Heinze.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Jeanette and Nancy; and a brother, Charles.
According to Bob’s wishes, his cremation arrangements are being provided to the family with the guidance of Smith Funeral & Cremation Care of Morgantown.
There will be no public viewing or funeral service. A memorial service may be scheduled in the future, and he will be inurned at the Nicholson Chapel Cemetery in Morgantown.
