MORGANTOWN — The WVU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has released its 2018 football home game promotional schedule.
In addition to the three night games that already have been announced for Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium, the Gold Rush, Stripe the Stadium and True Blue games, as well as other game promotions are listed below.
The Mountaineers’ first Big 12 Conference home game against Kansas State on Saturday, Sept. 22, will be the Stripe the Stadium game presented by the West Virginia Lottery.
Fans sitting in even-numbered sections (Sec. 102, 104, 202, 204, etc.), Touchdown Terrace and WVU students seated in the upper level student sections are encouraged to wear Gold to the Homecoming game.
Fans sitting in odd-numbered sections (Sec. 101, 103, 201, 203, etc.) and WVU students seated in the lower level student sections are encouraged to wear Blue to the game.

The Homecoming game against Kansas on Oct. 6 will be a Gold Rush, presented by WVU Medicine at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium. All fans are encouraged to wear gold.
The Mountaineers’ matchup with TCU on Nov. 10 will be True Blue, presented by GoMart. The game also will be Military Appreciation Day.
The matchup with Youngstown State on Sept. 8 has been designated as Family Day, presented by Staples. Fans can purchase four tickets and a $25 concession voucher for $150 per Family Day package. The Baylor matchup on Oct. 25, presented by Dan Ryan Builders, is also “Family Day” and will be $200 each.
WVU’s game with Oklahoma on Nov. 23, will be Senior Night presented by Shoney’s. Kickoff time is set for 8 p.m.
“Game days at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium are truly special and are a unique part of college football,” said Matt Wells, senior associate athletic director for external affairs. “We are all eagerly anticipating six more exciting home games this fall.”
Single-game tickets and mini-packages will go on sale at 9 a.m. Monday, July 9. Fans can purchase tickets at WVUGAME.com or by calling 1-800-WVU GAME.
