Willard Kelley

Willard Ray Kelley, 88, of Bruceton Mills, died Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Mon Health Medical Center, in  Morgantown.
The son of the late Albon and Sadie Cupp Kelley, he was born August 6, 1929, in Centenary.
Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, will be assisting the family with funeral arrangements, which are incomplete.
