April Renee Kelley Brown, age 32, of Morgantown, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 21, 2018, in Morgantown.
She was born April 7, 1986, in Morgantown and was the daughter Mary Elizabeth Hudak and Gary Hudak, of Morgantown and the late James Denzil Kelley.
In addition to her mother and step-father, she is survived by her husband, Glen Robert Brown; her three children whom she was completely devoted to and dearly loved, Glen Robert Brown, Jr., Savannah Renee Brown and Charlie James Brown; her two sisters, Jennifer Kelley and Kristen Boyce and her husband Frank, all of Morgantown; two nieces, Hailey Daft and Riley Boyce; a nephew, Namonti Little; several cousins and many friends.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ashley and Taylor Kelley; her grandparents Phyllis and James Kelley, Mike and Bea Hudak, William Ross and Naomi Louise Everly and her uncles William, Bob, and Gary Everly.
April was a graduate of University High School and studied to be a medical assistant. She had a very fun, lively, high, free-spirited and outgoing personality. April loved to spend time with her family and friends.
Friends may join the family to honor April’s life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, in Morgantown, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., on Tuesday, June 26 and from 10-11 a.m., on Wednesday, June 27 with the funeral service to follow with Pastor Jason Sheffstall officiating. Interment will follow in the Fletcher Cemetery, in Cheat Lake.
