James Chipps

James Truman “Chippy” Chipps,   79, of  Bruceton Mills,  passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018, at his home.
The son of the late Gay Franklin and Mary Elizabeth Staley Chipps, he was born May 31, 1939, in  Morgantown.
