David William Lewis, age 61, of Hays, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018, at his home. He was born October 29, 1956, in Morgantown to John and Mary Golden Lewis.
Mr. Lewis was a US Air Force Veteran.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Heather Lewis.
Surviving are his daughter, Holly Barker and husband Ed, of French Creek; his mother, Mary Lewis, of Morgantown; brothers, Danny Lewis and wife Sue, of Buckhannon, Johnny Lewis and wife Rhonda, of Morgantown; grandchildren, Bryce Woodson, Brock Woodson, both of French Creek; special friend, Connie Saxon, of Hays and several nieces and nephews.
No service will be held.
