Woman accused of having sex with juvenile faces felony

KINGWOOD — Bond was set at $100,000 for an Albright woman accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy.
Renee C. Martin, 44, was in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on Tuesday on four counts of third-degree sexual assault, a felony.
According to a criminal complaint by Preston Sheriff’s Sgt. G.A. Sinclair: Martin had oral sex and sexual intercourse with the juvenile at her home Monday.
