Hill & Hollow serves up taste of the Chesapeake Friday-Saturday

Hill & Hollow will offer a taste of the Chesapeake with its Waterman’s Feast: Cuisine of the Chesapeake Bay dinner this weekend.
Hosted Friday-Saturday, the meal will feature seafood platters of some of the bay region’s favorites.
Cost is $48 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
Reservations are recommended, but not required. Reserve a table by calling the restaurant, located at 709 Beechurst Ave., in the Seneca Center, at 304-241-4551.

— Pan-fried jumbo soft-shell crab
— Maryland-style crab cake
— She-crab soup
— Fire-roasted James River oysters
— Barbecue pork spare ribs (substition available for pescatarians)

— Apple cobbler
