Audrey Gail Wilson Roderick, 76, of White House, Pa., passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018, with her loving family by her side.
Gail was born on November 27, 1941, in Georges Township, Pa., the daughter of the late Charles E. and Hazel L. Hart Wilson.
During Gail’s life, she worked as a home health aide and after her retirement she continued to provide care to others, including her father-in-law, her husband and most recently, her older sister.
She enjoyed music and dancing, playing cards with her husband Ron, Clark and Deb, and her best friend, Sue, and being with her family.
In addition to her parents, Gail was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Ronald Clayton Roderick, in March of 2009; brothers, Elmer Wilson and Raymond Wilson and sister, Thelma Davis.
Surviving are her three loving children, Ronald Keith Roderick, of White House, Pa., Kimberly Sue Roderick and her husband, Robert L. Rogers, of Morgantown, Clayton Kirk Roderick, of White House, Pa.; her two loving granddaughters, Emily Gail Roderick and Kaitlin Diane Roderick, both of White House, Pa.; her brother, Charles Wilson; sisters, Jane Myers, Betty Lowe, Wanda Campbell and Bonnie Takoch and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, in Fairchance, Pa., from 7-9 p.m., on Sunday, June 10, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., on Monday, June 11 and at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, June 12, for the hour of service with the Rev. Kenny Rockwell officiating.
Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
