Mountain Line announces new service to western end of county

MORGANTOWN — Beginning Monday, Mountain Line will begin service to the western end of the county with Route 52 Wadestown.

This route will depart Wadestown at 7:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m., arriving at Westover Terminal one hour after departure. Trips from Westover Terminal will depart at 6:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., arriving in Wadestown one hour after.

Route 52 Wadestown will travel Westover Terminal to Interstate 79 to the new University Town Centre exit. The bus will service UTC to Chaplin Road, to U.S.19 and out W.Va. 7 through Jere, Cassville, New Hill, Core, Mason-Dixon Park, Pentress, Blacksville, Clay Battelle High School, Bula, Wana and Wadestown.

Riders may stand in a safe visible location anywhere along this route to catch the bus. Riders should make eye contact with the driver and wave to stop the bus. The cost to ride is 75 cents.
