MORGANTOWN — The 2018 football season will be history-making for a Morgantown school.
“It is an exciting time as Trinity Christian School will be fielding a middle school football team for the first time in its history this fall,” athletic director Cary Woods said in a news release.
Woods announced Rick Hill as the team’s head coach and Mike Teets as his assistant.
“I’m super excited to have been selected by Trinity Christian School as the head middle school football coach,” Hill said. “Assistant coach Mike Teets and I are looking forward to teaching these young athletes and being a part of the school’s history.”
The team uniforms were recently unveiled at the school.
“We hope that this is just the start for football at Trinity and possibly grow to have a high school team in the near future,” Hill said.
Trinity is an interdenominational institution committed to providing a life-changing education for students in grades Pre-K3 through 12.
