Melvin “Gene” Cogar, 86, of Arthurdale entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 16, 2018, from the West Virginia Veterans Nursing Facility, in Clarksburg, surrounded by loving family and friends.
There will be a masonic graveside service at the Arthurdale Cemetery at 11 a.m., on Saturday, May 19, followed by a Celebration of Life Luncheon at the Reedsville United Methodist Church.
