James Wilford Haught, 85, of Jakes Run, died Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at his residence.
He was born September 28, 1932, at Fairview, a son of the late Edwin “John” Haught and Maude Bissett Haught.
Mr. Haught was a retired welder and construction worker. He was a United States Air Force veteran. He attended the Jakes Run Assembly of God.
Surviving are his wife, Wanda Eddy Haught; one son, Jamie Haught, of Morgantown; two daughters and their spouses, Cathy Satterfield and husband Robert, of Fairmont and Barbara “Bobbie” Yost and husband Gary, of Daybrook; two brothers, Buddy Joe Haught, of Ravenswood and Richard Haught, of Four States; two sisters, Ida Wilson, of Ripley and Sandra Moore, of Ravenswood; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Nathan Haught; and two sisters Victoria Keffer and Billie Sharon Cain.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, in Blacksville, on Saturday, May 19, from 2-4 p.m., with the funeral services to follow with Pastor Rob Bennett and Pastor Sabrina Haught officiating.
