Zenclay plans new pottery classes

MORGANTOWN — Zenclay will host six-week summer pottery classes, beginning the week of May 6. These classes are for those ages 12 and older. A shorter four-week handbuilding class will begin May 24. A deposit of $75 is required to secure a spot.
The course fee covers the first 9 pounds of bisque-fired clay for all classes (about the equivalent of nine mugs). Each additional pound of bisque-fired clay will cost $2.50 after first firing. This additional cost covers all glaze and firing costs.
