Ralph Allen Plum, 64, of Independence, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at home. He was born December 29, 1953, in Morgantown. Family will receive friends at Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m., on Monday, April 30. The funeral service will follow with the Reverend Ray Frankhouser officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Ground Cemetery.
