Jacqueline A. Terlesky, 82, of Mount Morris, Pa., formerly of Morgantown, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 16, 2018, at the Madison Center, in Morgantown.
She was born Jan. 25, 1936, in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Oscar O. and Alta W. (Anderson) Hennen.
Surviving are her two sisters, Zona L. Savage (Darrell) of Chargrin Falls, Ohio, and Eileen Zvara (Bob), of Mount Morris, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bernard J. Terlesky; and a brother, Charles O. Hennen.
Family and friends are invited to attend a blessing service at the Yoskovich Funeral Home, in Carmichaels, at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 28, with the Rev. J. Francis Frazer officiating.
