Mari Bernosky

Mari Bernosky, 51, of Mount Morris, Pa., died at 6:09 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2018, at home after a courageous battle with cancer with her husband, Richard, by her side.
She was born Friday, May 6, 1966, in Chicago, a daughter of John Bernosky and Marilyn Pfautsch Bernosky.
She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Morgantown. She was a graduate of Waynesburg High School, class of 1984 and West Virginia University in 1988. Mrs. Bernosky was a member of 4-H, the American Quarter Horse Association, Daybrook Saddle Club, the International Barrel Racing Association and Alpha Xi Delta Sorority. She had a life-long love of horses. She competed across several states in barrel racing, and this was the inspiration for her business Cowboys and Angels Western Apparel Store, in Morgantown.
Her husband, Richard L. Bedillion, whom she married Feb. 10, 2016, survives. Also surviving are a sister, Helen Snyder and husband, Tim; two brothers, John Bernosky and wife, Christine, and Daniel Bernosky and wife, Beth; a niece Janelle Bernosky and fiance’, Matt Rahim; and three nephews, John Scott Bernosky, Codie Snyder and wife, Faleesha, and Jeremiah Snyder.
Deceased is a nephew, Lance Corporal Josh Snyder.

Friends will be received at Milliken and Throckmorton FH Inc. from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday. Services will be conducted at Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God Church, 103 School Road, Mount Morris, at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 24, with Father Gary Naegle as celebrant. Burial will be held at Cedar Grove Cemetery, in Mount Morris.
