Mountain Line to hold public hearings in multiple locations

MORGANTOWN  — Mountain Line will move its main transfer hub from the downtown depot to the Westover terminal beginning in August.
The move will force changes to a number of routes as well as the addition of additional routes.
In order to collect the input of its riders and the public, a series of public hearings has been scheduled:
5 p.m. Wednesday at Mountaineer Station
1 p.m. Friday at Senior Monongalians
3 p.m. May 3 at Clay-Battelle High School
3 p.m. May 9 at University High School
In addition, online public hearing will be held throughout May on the authority’s Facebook page to introduce the route changes and answer questions. Visit facebook.com/mountainlinetransit to attend.
