Anna “Ann” Louise Martin, 79, of Morgantown, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 10, 2018.
She was born April 28, 1938, to the late Denver D. and Cathern Southard and Lewis Campbell.
Ann graduated from Morgantown High School in 1956. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Ann was also president of the Calvary United Methodist Church Willing Workers.
She retired from Krogers on Patteson Drive. She enjoyed her cats and decorating for holidays.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, John Martin Jr.; four nieces, Melissa Smoody, of Washington, Pa., Melanie Crowe, of Vestaburg, Pa., Marcia Legler, of Washington, Michelle Martin Hershman, of Morgantown; a nephew, Joseph Kurilko Jr., of Bentleyville, Pa.; a brother, Terry “Sonny” Lewis; sister-in-law, Anna Belle Martin, of Morgantown; stepmother-in-law, Virginia Schultz, of Lemont Furnace, Pa.; and special cousins, Gary and Kitty Larew.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharlene Louise Martin; brother, Harry “Buddy” Lewis; a sister Barbara Kurilko; half sister, Dorothy Pyles; ans brother-in-law, Lloyd Martin.
Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, from 4-8 p.m. Thursday. Visitation will continue at Calvary United Methodist Church, 1687 Fairchance Road, from 10 a.m.
Friday, April 13, until the 11 a.m. service with Pastor Andrew Burd-Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery.
