MORGANTOWN — The film “13th” will be shown at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Shenandoah Room on the main floor of the WVU Mountainlair.
The film explores the history of racial inequality in the United States and the fact that the nation’s prisons are disproportionately filled with African-Americans.
A panel discussion will follow the film.
This free event, open to university and community members, is part of the WVU/Community Human Rights Film Series.
It is sponsored by the WVU Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and co-sponsored by the Morgantown Human Rights Commission.
