A Monongalia County-based trucking company is suing an energy company for non-payment.
A&P Trucking, Heavy Hauling & Rigging Inc., filed the suit in Monongalia County Circuit Court last week. It names Revelation Energy LLC, as the defendant and asks for $177,500, it says is owed for services.
According to the suit:
In September 2017 A&P Trucking was contracted by Revelation Energy to disassemble, transport and reassemble a CAT D11, a 115-ton bulldozer, from Whitewood, Va., to Pax, Fayette County, for $25,000.
A&P transported an additional six heavy vehicles over five trips from locations in Virginia and Kentucky for amounts ranging from $25,000 $50,000 in September and October.
In October A&P also replaced an axle on a loader for $2,500. The suit indicates Revelation Energy refused to pay for the services rendered.
