MORGANTOWN — A Monongalia County couple is suing Monongahela Power Company, claiming the company’s inaction caused their home to burn down.
The suit, brought by Peter and Jennifer McGinley, seeks unspecified damages and was filed in Monongalia County Circuit Court, Mar. 19.
The defendant has not filed an answer to the suit.
Todd Meyers, Mon Power spokesperson, said the company does not comment on pending litigation.
