MORGANTOWN — A Georgia man will spend at least a year and up to 10 years in prison following his sentencing, Mar. 16.
Demetrius McLendon, 22, was sentenced to one to four years in jail for attempting to fraudulently fill a prescription and 1-10 years for uttering by Monongalia County Circuit Court Judge Susan Tucker. The sentences will run concurrently.
He previously pleaded guilty to the crimes.
