KINGWOOD — The Preston County Sheriff’s Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of three people who are wanted on warrants for various charges.
Lanay Monique Perry, 34, is a black female, 5-feet-9-inches tall, weighing 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her last known address was Richview Drive, Kingwood. Perry has an active warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court on DUI charges.
Katina Marie Parker, 44, is a white female, 5-feet-3-inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her last known address was Calvert-Shaver Road, Rowlesburg. Parker has an active felony warrant for third-offense shoplifting.
Joshua Lee Casteel, 23, is a white male, 5-feet-9-inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. His last known address was Casteel Road, Terra Alta. Casteel has active felony warrants for burglary and grand larceny, and also an active warrant for failure to appear in Preston Circuit Court on these charges.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these individuals is asked to contact the Preston Sheriff’s Office, at 304-329-1611, or if outside the county, notify your local law enforcement or call 911. It is a criminal offense to knowingly harbor a fugitive from justice.
