MORGANTOWN — At about 7:45 a.m. March 6, a Parrotta Paving truck loaded with limestone went over a guard rail and over a hill near the intersection of W.Va. 7 and Summer School Road.
The driver was able to get out of the truck and climb up to W.Va. 7 without serious injuries.
Due to the accident, traffic was affected for about 2 hours, with one or both lanes closed at times.
