KINGWOOD – A Terra Alta man was sentenced March 5 on burglary and battery charges.
Bradley Joel Anderson, 35, was sentenced to one year in jail for charges of battery and three years probation for burglary. The jail time is to run consecutively with his probation with credit for time served Preston Circuit Judge Lawrance Miller Jr. ruled.
Under the plea agreement, if Anderson completes the three years probation and attends anger management classes, the felony burglary charge will be dropped and he will be allowed to plead to trespassing and pay a $100 fine.
