The West Virginia State Police Morgantown Detachment is seeking information on the whereabouts of Paul Andrew Shaver. Shaver is 24 years old, a white male, about 5’8” tall, weighing 190 pounds, with short brown hair.
He is wanted for multiple felony forgery/uttering offenses and is believed to be in the Westover/Granville area.
