KINGWOOD — A Kingwood councilman and his wife have filed another lawsuit against neighbors about a fence.
Dick and Iris Shaffer filed suit against Robert and Robin Goodwin recently in Preston County Circuit Court. It marks the third time they have instituted court action to try and force the Goodwins to remove a fence and gate from an alley.
The Shaffers voluntarily dismissed the last lawsuit, and a judge found for the Goodwins in the first instance.
The Goodwins had not been served with the suit as of Jan. 30.
