KINGWOOD — A Morgantown man is charged with shooting toward a residence in Garrett County, Md.
Devan Alexander Collins, 24, is charged with three counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of first-degree assault and one count of transporting a loaded handgun in a vehicle. He was in the Garrett County Detention Center Monday.
According to a news release from the Garrett County Sheriff’s Department, residents of the 4000 block of Hutton Road complained of someone shooting from a vehicle toward homes. They arrested Collins. The investigation revealed he was having domestic issues with his spouse, who was at the residence.
