Perry Wade Overfield Jr., 65, of Morgantown, passed away at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown on Sunday, September 8, 2024.
Perry was born in Morgantown on Nov. 24, 1958, a son of the late Perry Wade Overfield Sr. and the late Marlene Molisee Overfield.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Dianna Berry Overfield; one son, Daniel Overfield, of Texas; and his siblings, Chris, Lisa and Diane.
In addition to his parents, Perry was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Jo.
Perry lived in Preston County in his younger years. He worked for Campbell Transportation in Pennsylvania. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army.
At Perry’s request, there will be no public services at this time. Perry will be inurned at Pleasant Hills Cemetery at a later date.
